Relax in the 113-year-old dining room of an old seafront home and relish the artisan pizza & sausage and fresh daily specials Chop Chops has perfected over the last six years. The ordinary burger, given the Chop Chops treatment, becomes genuinely extraordinary: with three different cuts of beef soaked in brie, it earns the name of Cheeseburger Royale!
And all Chop Chops breads are made in-house, of course.
If you’re not sampling the wide range of spirits, beers and liqueurs in Chop Chops well-stocked, newly-opened bar, you can sip a famously healthy Chop Chops natural fruit juice or smoothie to complement a veggie menu option, or relax even more with a specialist wine.
Or take away an all-but-finished gourmet dinner or lunch. Chop Chops preps artisan meals for wannabe fancy chefs who don’t have the time to do all that work: simply warming the meal up at home perfectly completes the cooking process.
Chop Chops tea boxes allow you to smell and touch the tea before enjoying its taste in the shuttered, jasmine-scented outdoor garden dining room inspired by Tuscany. You could be forgiven for thinking the Gulf of Paria in the distance is actually the Mediterranean!

Herb-roasted chicken Quarter-chicken marinated in rosemary, tarragon and basil then fire-roasted in our stone hearth oven. Served with roasted potato wedges and salad. TT$58 US$9


Smokey swine Smokey loin bacon layered with slices of our house spicy pork shoulder, arugula, diced tomatoes and chipotle aioli, served on ciabatta with salad or fries. TT$85 US$13
