In the shelter of the thatched roof, within cool coral stone walls, entirely relaxed in bamboo and rattan furnishings, encounter a cuisine as original as it is acclaimed, based on home-grown herbs prepared with an emphasis on Caribbean & Creole flavours.

The daily-changing inventive set menu offers a variety of wholesome, fresh foods including meat, seafood and vegetarian dishes, as well as delicious salads and sandwiches. Kariwak’s holistic programme extends beyond its healthy eating experience to body treatments, morning stretch classes, tai chi and yoga under the largest Amerindian-style thatched roof in Trinidad & Tobago.
