Modern chic dining that puts the customer first

Within Krave restaurant’s elegant dining room, the Persad family has managed to remove all the stuffy, pretentious elements of fine dining and deliver what really matters: a wide range of highest quality dishes; attentive, superlative service; and what Trinis call, “blow-mind” taste levels. Krave offers the complete foodie experience without its concomitant intimidation: Krave chefs labour to please the discerning diner, not their own egos.

The spectacular, never-rushed, themed Sunday brunch, serving everything from Belgian waffles to baigan choka, deservedly won the 2015 Jamaican Observer Table Talk Best Sunday Brunch award. It’s debatable whether Tuesday steak nights with salmon steaks, lobster tails, the 30-ounce tomahawk and much more is better value for money than Wednesday’s Italian and seafood buffet night – but it’s certain that Krave’s live, soft dinner music and the trendiest bar in the South complete a perfect dining out experience. (Try a vapour-tini of your favourite fine liquor.) Every day, diners can choose simpler, affordable items, including sushi, without sacrificing an iota of taste. The Persads claim they “put God first”; their restaurant reveals that it’s really the customer.
