Town says Town is tops


Town restaurant is on the leading edge of Port of Spain’s Newtown, in the middle of Cipriani Blvd, the busiest, trendiest and, perhaps, the most desirable entertainment strip in Trinidad & Tobago: you couldn’t get a more central spot for all of Town to gather: and, when they get there, they couldn’t ask for a wider choice. Take your pick of four distinct ambiences (outdoor covered deck, bar, lounge or interior dining rooms) and you’re still spoiled for choice with a truly eclectic menu which really does take the best from several international cuisines – including the Chinese food that Trinidadians have reinvented as their own! Sample Chinese dishes like lemon chicken that taste different from – and better than! – their versions from Canton to Manhattan. Or try classic international dishes like lobster thermidor. Or light (or heavier) grilled options, like salmon (or a 12oz T-bone). In Trinidad, when something is good, people say that “Town says” it’s good.
